UCLA Loses 3-1 to Calgary in Men's Volleyball

The UCLA men's volleyball team lost 3-1 to the University of Calgary in the first match of the Husky Dino Cup Thursday, hosted by the University of Calgary.
The Dinos won 25-19, 25-16, 25-27, 25-15 on the strength of 12 service aces and senior Wes Montgomery's match-high 14 kills. Montgomery hit .813 in 16 attempts.
Three-time All-American Adam Naeve led the Bruins with 10 kills (.333) and six digs. Junior Ian Burnham added nine kills (.160) and five digs and sophomore Scott Morrow added seven kills (.636) and eight total blocks.
The preseason exhibition tournament continues through the weekend.
