The 10th-ranked UCLA men's volleyball team won its season finale Saturday by defeating Pacific 3-0 in Pauley Pavilion.

The victory continues the Bruins' streak of 41 consecutive winning seasons under Head Coach Al Scates.

The Bruins won 30-26, 30-27, 30-26 in 87 minutes in front of 594 fans. The Bruins finished their season with a 15-14 overall record, 10-12 in league play. The Tigers fell to 18-13, 12-10.

Sophomore Jonathan Acosta led the Bruins with 17 kills (.464), five digs, two block assists and an ace. Junior Chris Pena added 10 kills (.500), five digs and two block assists. Sophomore Paul Johnson contributed seven kills (.353) and a career high of four aces. Adam Shrader led both teams with 10 digs.

For Pacific Nil Dauburs, Aaron Wachtfogel and Time Jenson each spiked eight kills. The Bruins controlled the net, out-blocking the Tigers, 8-4. UCLA also served eight aces.
