
Jeanette Antolin Named UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete Of The Week

Antolin led UCLA to its third NCAA title in four years, helping the Bruins score a NCAA Championships record 198.125 in the team finals. She had the highest all-around score in the team finals, tying teammate Kristen Maloney with a 39.725, and scored a meet-high 9.975 on vault, 9.9 on bars, career-high tying 9.95 on beam and a 9.9 on floor. In the individual competition, she tied for second in the all-around, third on floor exercise and fourth on uneven bars. Antolin earned first-team All-America honors in the all-around, bars and floor and second-team acclaim on beam and was named a finalist for the Honda Award for gymnastics.
This is Antolin's second UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the season and of her career.
