
Kim Vandenberg Named UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week

Junior Kim Vandenberg (Moraga, CA/Campolido HS) of the UCLA Women's Swimming & Diving Team was selected as the UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Feb. 6-13.
Vandenberg led the UCLA Swimming & Diving Team to a win over cross-town rival USC on Saturday by winning the 200 Free, 200 Fly and 100 Fly. Her 200 Free (1:47.60) and 200 Fly (1:55.56) times were automatic NCAA qualifying marks, and her 100 Fly time of 54.31 was a "B" qualifying mark.
This is Vandenberg's second UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the season and fourth of her career.
