
Blue Team Finishes 13th at North Ranch

The UCLA men's golf Blue Team finished 13th at the USC Collegiate Invitational Tuesday at North Ranch Country Club.
The Bruins posted a team score of 316 (+32) for a 54-hole score of 932 (+80). USC won the event with a three-round total of 885 (+33), followed by Tennessee at 889 (+37) and Stanford in third at 890 (+38). Pepperdine placed fourth at 898 (+46) and California was sixth at 899 (+47).
Sophomore Ben Choe and freshman Connor Driscoll led the Bruins by tying for 56th at 234 (+21), followed by senior Brandon Christianson who tied for 72nd at 242 (+29). Christianson's round of 77 (+6) was the Bruins' low round of the day.
James Lee posted a score of 81 (+10) on Tuesday. He withdrew in Monday's second round because of an injured shoulder. Junior Lucas Lee was disqualified in the final round for signing an incorrect scorecard.
