The Bruin swimmers finished day one of the Pac-10 Championships with an NCAA qualifying swim in the 800 free relay on Wednesday as only two events were contested. The foursome of senior Anna Poteete and sophomores Emily Bibb, Alex Sullivan and Lauren Hall touched seventh with an NCAA "B" time of 7:14.19.
In the 200 medley relay, the team of senior Madeleine Stanton, freshmen Lindsey Buchbinder and Yasi Jahanshahi and Poteete also finished seventh in a time of 1:42.09.

Competition continues on Thursday with the 500 free, 200 IM, 50 free, 200 free relay and one-meter diving.
