LOS ANGELES --ย UCLA freshman attacker Jackson Harlanย (Newport Beach,ย Calif./Corona del Marย HS) has been named the MPSFย West/S&R Sport Newcomerย of the Weekย as announced by the league office today.
Harlan helped UCLA to a 1-0 record this past week (18-0 overall) with a 23-10 home win over No. 13 Princeton on Saturday, Oct. 11.
He scored the final goal for the Bruins at the 3:09 mark of the fourth quarter on a power play.
This is the first career MPSF weekly award for Harlan.
