Six Bruins Earn MPSF All-Tournament Honors

At the conclusion of the 2002 MPSF Tournament, six Bruins received All-Tournament honors. Senior Kelly Heuchan, junior Robin Beauregard and freshman Amber Stachowski were named first team All-Tournament. Junior Jaime Hipp and sophomores Natalie Golda and Thalia Munro were second team selections. USC's Sonia Konoukh was named the most valuable player of the tournament.
The Bruins will defend their NCAA title May 11 and 12 at the NCAA Championships, held at USC's McDonald's Swim Stadium.
