Recorded 11 saves three times against cross-town rival USC ... Led team with 35 steals.
1999 — Honorable mention All-American as a true freshman … Earned NCAA All-Tournament second-team honors … Made first career start vs. UC Santa Barbara on Oct. 17 for an injured Parsa Bonderson and remained the Bruins’ No. 1 goalie for the remainder of the season, starting the last 11 games … Pulled down 11 saves in UCLA’s 12-11 overtime victory over Stanford to capture the MPSF title Nov. 28 … Registered a 5.60 GAA, second place on the all-time list … With the game on the line on Nov. 12, saved a penalty shot by USC’s Jordan Hewko, preventing the Trojans from tying the game and perserving UCLA’s lead en route to a crucial 7-5 MPSF victory … Tallied 18 steals … Earned a spot on the 1999-2000 basketball roster.
