HIGH SCHOOL - Four-year letterman at South Pasadena High where he saw action at fullback, tight end and linebacker for coach Edward Smith...Earned first-team All-Rio Honda League honors as a senior at both tight end and linebacker and claimed All-Area honors from the Pasadena Star-News...Led the RHL with 145 tackles (49 solo, 96 assists), tallied three sacks and picked off a pass while hauling in 19 passes for 265 yards and three touchdowns as a senior...As a fullback, carried 35 times for 124 yards and six scores...As a junior, posted 104 tackles, two sacks, an interception and a fumble recovery while hauling in nine passes for 164 yards and a touchdown en route to earning all-league recognition...Voted team captain his final two prep seasons...Also earned four letters in volleyball where he earned All-Rio Honda League honors.
