UCLA BRUINS - Tickets
1. SSP renewal applications are now being accepted and must be received by the Central Ticket Office no later than April 5 at 5 PM.
2. Each applicant may submit one application and request a maximum of one SSP. You must be a currently enrolled UCLA student, possess a valid UCLA student ID and ticket to get into the games. SSP's are non-transferable. Multiple entries will disqualify you from the application process.
3. You may submit your application on-line or may be submitted in person to: the Central Ticket Office (West Center, on campus) Monday thru Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, or mail it to: UCLA CTO, PO Box 24607, Los Angeles, CA 90024-0607. Applicants may also submit the form via fax at 310-206-7540. Illegible or incomplete applications will not be accepted. If you order on-line, you will receive an email confirming our receipt of your order within seven (7) calendar days. All forms of payment will be deposited upon receipt.
4. Applications received after April 5 will be entered into the random draw lottery taking place in late July. Unsuccessful applicants in the random draw will be sent notification and a refund.
5. Your football tickets will be mailed between August 12 and August 23 to the address you designate on your renewal form. Your men's basketball tickets must be picked up in person during the last week of October, 2002 at the Central Ticket Office. Read the Daily Bruin or call (310) UCLA-WIN in October for details and dates of distribution.
6. Each SSP will admit the bearer to all six home football games, the basketball games listed under the plan you choose and all other regular scheduled home athletic events (excluding NCAA championship events and specific tournaments).
7. Assuming UCLA is a participating team in a post-season football bowl game (including the Rose Bowl game), or in the NCAA Basketball Tournament, only those students who apply for a UCLA Student Sports Package will be eligible to participate in the ticket process.
8. Seating locations at UCLA venues are similar to last year. All student seating continues to be festival-style general admission except for the UCLA-USC football game where your pre-paid priority number is exchanged for a reserved seat. Directions on exchanging your priority number for a reserved seat will be distributed with game tickets.
9. Because of the high demand for men's basketball tickets, we do not anticipate that tickets to individual games will be available next year.
10. In an effort to accommodate as many students as possible, more applications will be accepted than we have student seats in Pauley Pavilion. Approximately 2,000 SSP's are allocated to UCLA students. In the event of an overflow in the student section on game day that results in you not being admitted to a men's basketball game, you may present your ticket to the ticket office on game day for a $7 refund.
11. Graduating seniors (class of 2002) no longer qualify for SSP's, but may apply separately for your buy-one, get-one free Young Alumni Football Plan by calling the Central Ticket Office at (310) UCLA-WIN or visiting uclabruins.com.
12. UCLA reserves the right to interpret these instructions, and to disqualify non-complying applications at any time. UCLA is not responsible for applications lost in the mail, not received via the mail or internet, or tickets not received by the applicant in the mail. Tickets may not be refunded or exchanged.
Remember all renewal applications MUST be received by Friday, April 5 at 5 PM.
