SwimEx
The SwimEx resistance swimming pool offers a complete isokinetic aquatic therapy system in which student-athletes in initial stages of rehab can begin aquatic therapy sooner due to the buoyancy of water. Aquatic therapy results can be measured as student-athletes graduate to progressive weight-bearing protocols using increasing water resistance. Aquatic therapy treatment can extend into a full range of training and conditioning. Resistance swimming pools offer a great method of developing muscular strength and endurance.

The BodPod
The BodPod as an assessment tool to measure body composition. The team dietitians use the information from the BodPod to aid in creating individualized meal plans for the student athletes. Educating the athletes to purposefully fuel their bodies creates an ideal physiologic environment for strength gains, preventing overuse injuries and keeping athletes on the field. The team dietitians instill the knowledge of efficient fueling to the athletes reminding them that food is the fundamental building block to superior performance.

Physician Suite
The on-site physician suite allows for UCLA's 14 team physicians to perform comprehensive health examinations on a daily basis. Team physicians are members of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery or the Department of Family Medicine at the UCLA Medical Center. The UCLA Medical Center was named 2011's #1 Hospital in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area and "Best Hospital in the West" by US News and World Report. The suite features a minor procedures area which allows for suturing, casting, IV administration, etc. to be done on-site immediately. Additionally, the suite houses a fluoroscan x-ray machine that allows for the instant analysis of bony injuries. The medical records and test results of student-athletes from the UCLA Medical Center can be accessed remotely in this suite.
