Born in Highland Park, Ill., to parents Jeff and Joanna... Her father wrestled at the Division I level, competing for the University of Illinois... Outside of running, her hobbies include music and singing, hiking, boating, outoor activities, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family... She has been an accomplished stage performer since elementary school, including singing, acting and dancing... Notably, she was an all-state choir member... Chose UCLA “because it has the perfect balance between prestigious academics and athletics. I felt that the pride I would feel in being a Bruin would allow me to grow and push myself the hardest as an athlete and student. I also fell in love with the overall school spirit, the welcoming and close-knit team, and the beautiful weather”... Lists her greatest athletic thrill as “winning the two-mile championship race at Adidas Outdoor Nationals as a junior. I ran a big PR and everything felt like it clicked. Overall, it was an exhilarating and special experience”... Major is undeclared.
