Sophomore defender Kendal Billingsley (Trabuco Canyon, CA/Mission Viejo HS) of the UCLA Women's Soccer Team was selected as the UCLABruins.com Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Nov. 12-17.

Billingsley scored the game-winning goal in double-overtime to defeat cross-town rival USC, 1-0 in the second round of the NCAA Women's Soccer Championships at Drake Stadium on Sunday. Billingsley's goal helped the Bruins reach the third round of the NCAA Tournament for the fourth consecutive year. It also extends the Bruins' winning streak to nine in a row. For Billingsley, it was her second game-winning goal of the season as she also had the game winner against Arizona State on Oct. 20. She currently has eight points on the year (3g, 2a) and has helped the Bruin defense post 12 shutouts.

This is Billinglsey's first UCLABruins.com Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the season and her career.
