
Women's Water Polo Places Second at Stanford Invitational

In the 11-3 UCLA victory over San Jose State, Golda had three goals. Kristyn Pulver, Thalia Munro and Beauregard each scored a pair of goals in the win.
In the championship game, UCLA fell to Stanford 9-4. Amber Stachowski netted three goals in the loss and Hipp had four saves.
Saturday, in the opening game of the Stanford Invitational, UCLA defeated UMass 14-2 and were led in scoring by Jessica Lopez, who netted three goals. Against Cal, Kelly Heuchan led the Bruins to a 5-4 victory, scording three goals. Jaime Hipp had four saves in the game.

The Bruins will compete in the UC Santa Barbara Invitational Sat.-Sun., February 23-24, in Santa Barbara, CA. UCLA's next home game will be Saturday, March 2, at 11:00 AM against San Jose State.
