Josh Shipp Named UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week

Freshman guard/forward Josh Shipp (Los Angeles, CA/Fairfax HS) of the UCLA Men's Basketball Team was selected as the UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Dec. 20-26.
Shipp had a game-high tying and season-best 18 points in a starting role at Michigan State. He also recorded a season-best three assists and had two rebounds in the Bruins' 76-64 loss. Shipp is averaging 8.3 points and 4.3 rebounds per game.
This is Shipp's first UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the season and of his career.
