LOS ANGELES, Calif. - No. 1 Stanford, No. 2 USC, No. 3 UCLA and No. 4 Cal advanced to Sunday's championship semifinals of the 2004 So-Cal Tournament, hosted by the University of Southern California. The tournament features 14 Top 20 teams, including the nation's top seven teams (No. 5 UC Irvine, No. 6 Pepperdine and No. 7 Long Beach State).
USC and Cal will clash in a semifinal on Sunday (Sept. 19) at 10:30 a.m. at McDonald's Swim Stadium while the Stanford-UCLA semifinal will be held at 11:45 a.m. The winner of both matches will meet for the tournament championship at 6 p.m. with the third-place match at 4:45 p.m.
