SEATTLE, Wash. – The UCLA track and field team wrapped up competition at the MPSF Indoor Championships Saturday at Dempsey Indoor. The men and women's team both placed fourth overall as the men recorded 65.5 points while the women tallied 62 points.

Also in the men's competition, sophomore Cody Crampton cleared a season best 7-0.25 to tie for second. Freshman Joe Herrera put together a solid performance in his first championship atmosphere by clocking 47.59 to win his heat and finish fourth overall in the 400m.

Junior Nick Hartle battled a physical 800m heat to place fifth overall with a time of 1:49.56. In just his second heptathlon of his collegiate career freshman Steele Wasik placed fifth with a score of 5,313 points.
