
Top-Ranked Bruins Improve to 6-0

LA JOLLA, Calif. – The top-ranked UCLA women's water polo team won both its games at the Triton Invitational on Saturday. The Bruins downed Sonoma State, 17-1, before handing No. 16 Loyola Marymount a 14-7 loss.
Eleven different Bruins scored in Saturday morning's tilt with Sonoma State. Lizette Rozeboom, Mackenzie Barr, Kelsey O'Brien, Nicole Reynolds, Rachel Whitelegge, and Grace Reego had two goals apiece, while five Bruins each tallied a goal.
In UCLA's second match of the day, India Forster led the Bruins in scoring with a hat trick. Ashley Zwirner and Charlotte Pratt each found the back of the net twice, while seven Bruins also netted a goal apiece.
