Bruins Head to Oregon for Top 20 Showdown Friday

LOS ANGELES โ No. 10 UCLA (12-1, 1-0) will travel to Eugene, Ore., to face off against the No. 17 Ducks (10-2, 1-0) on Friday. The 6 p.m. PST game will kick off the Bruins' full non-conference schedule for the 2022-23 season.

All 10 Bruins who got on the floor scored for UCLA in the victory, and 4 Bruins got into double figures Tuesday. Charisma Osborne led all scorers with 16 points (7-11 FG) and Kiki Rice added 14 points (6-11 FG) to the total. Freshmen Gabriela Jaquez (15 points) and Londynn Jones (10 points) added double-digit performances to the tally off the bench. Jaquez claimed a season-high 4 steals in the victory.

The Bruins will host 16 home games throughout the season, play 11 games on the road, and participate in three contests at a neutral site (the team played in the Battle 4 Atlantis tournament in The Bahamas in mid-November).
