Men's Basketball to Open 2026-27 Season Versus Arizona

LOS ANGELES โ The UCLA men's basketball team will face Arizona at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas next season on Monday, Nov. 2, 2026, as part of a college basketball opening-night doubleheader.

The Bruins will face Arizona, while Gonzaga will take on Purdue as part of men's basketball games at the Hall of Fame Series in Las Vegas. The pair of marquee men's basketball matchups will be nationally televised across TNT Sports' networks and platforms. Additional broadcast details and game times will be announced at a later date. Tickets will go on sale in April, and fans can visit the HOFseries.com website for official hotel information, pre-sale details and additional event updates.

This will mark the third consecutive season in which UCLA and Arizona have matched up in a neutral-site format. Earlier this season, the two programs faced off in nearby Inglewood, Calif. Last season, UCLA and Arizona played against each other in Phoenix. The two schools split their most recent meetings โ UCLA winning in Phoenix last season, and Arizona securing the win at Intuit Dome earlier this season.

The long-standing basketball series between UCLA and Arizona began in 1923. The two programs faced off three times in the 1950s and four times in the 1960s. The Bruins took on Arizona each year from 1979 through 2024, once Arizona joined UCLA in the Pac-10 Conference.
