UCLA Athletics Celebrates Graduating Class of 2026

UCLA Athletics celebrated its graduating student-athletes and team members in a ceremony Thursday at Pauley Pavilion presented by Wescom Financial. Among the participants in the ceremony were those who graduated in the 2026 winter and spring quarters, as well as others who are projected to graduate in summer and fall 2026.

Members of the UCLA track & field and cross country teams were presented with the night's biggest awards. Annika Salz (mathematics major, 3.944 grade-point average) was named the women's Scholar-Athlete of the Year, while Shawn Toney (business economics, 3.884) was honored as men's Scholar-Athlete of the Year. Both addressed their fellow graduates.

Big Ten Conference Medals of Honor were bestowed upon Lauren Betts of women's basketball and Chase Dodd of men's water polo for each's consistent demonstration of excellence on and off the field of play. Big Ten postgraduate scholarships were also announced for Jordan Robinson of UCLA track & field and Sam Yoon of football.

A total of 142 Bruins were recognized in front of friends, family and UCLA athletic department coaches and staff. The full list is below.
