UCLA Will Travel to Fresno for NCAA Softball Regional

The UCLA softball team will be the No. 2 seed for the 2003 NCAA Tournament, and will begin postseason play at 12:30 pm PT on Thursday with a first-round game against Colgate in Fresno, CA.
The Bruins are the No. 2 seed in the entire 64-team field. The remainder of UCLA's regional includes second seed Georgia, #3 Michigan State, #4 Fresno State, #5 Long Beach State, #6 North Carolina and #7 Long Island.
Top seeds for the 64-team field include No. 1 Arizona (host school), No. 2 UCLA (at Fresno State), No. 3 Texas (host school), No. 4 Oklahoma (at Florida), No. 5 Washington (at Nebraska), No. 6 Cal State Fullerton (host school), No. 7 DePaul (at Michigan) and No. 8 Alabama (host school).
All Regionals will be played May 15-18, with Regional Champions advancing to the 22nd Annual Women's College World Series in Oklahoma City. For a complete bracket, click here
