Senior two-meter offense/defense Sean Kern (Honolulu, HI/Punahou School) of the UCLA Men's Water Polo Team was selected as the UCLABruins.com Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Oct. 2-8.
Kern scored four goals in his first game back from the Summer Olympics, including UCLA's last three goals, to help the top-ranked Bruins win their fifth straight, 7-5.
At the Olympics, Kern scored three goals to help the U.S. to a sixth-place finish.
