As a senior, competed in seven of UCLA's 12 regular season meets, as well as the Pac-12 Championships ... For the season, had UCLA's fourth-best time in both the 100 back (55.40) and 200 back (1:58.72) ... Made her season debut on Oct. 21 at UC Santa Barbara ... Finished top-10 in both backstroke events at the UNLV Invitational from Dec. 17-19: 100 back (55.82, fifth), 200 back (2:01.78, sixth) ... Scored in the 200 back (2:07.54, fourth) against UC San Diego on Jan. 7 ... Placed fourth in the 200 back (1:58.72) and set a best time in the 50 back (26.29) at USC on Feb. 10 ... Swam in the 200 medley relay, 100 back, and 200 back at Pac-12s ... Earned a spot on the 2023 Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll. 

2021-2022
Swam in eight regular season meets as a junior ... Swam a season-best 55.45 in the 100 back prelims at the Pac-12 Championships to qualify for the C Final, ultimately finishing 24th (55.58) ... Also competed in the 50 free and 200 back at Pac-12s ... Scored in three events at the UNLV Invitational from Dec. 17-19, including eighth-place finishes in the 100 free (52.04) and 100 back (57.77) ... Runner-up in the 200 back (2:06.00) vs. UCSB on Oct. 23 ... Third-place in the 100 back (57.69) vs. Washington State on Oct. 30 ... Competed in three dual meets, the USD Pentathlon, and the Ohio State Invitational as a true freshman ... Made her NCAA debut on Sept. 13 in the USD Pentathlon, finishing as high as 16th (100 back, 1:01.69) ... Scored in both backstroke events in the UCSD meet on Jan. 3, taking third in the 100 back (58.50) and fourth in the 200 back (2:05.82) ... Named to the UCLA Director's Honor Roll for fall, winter, and spring quarters ... Season-bests: 50 free (24.71), 100 free (51.84), 100 back (57.25), 200 back (2:01.16).

Lindsay Danielle Stenstrom was born in 2001 to parents Steve and Lori in Palo Alto, Calif. … Has an older brother, Blake … Has an older sister, Brooke, and a younger sister, Ashley, who joined the UCLA swim team in fall 2021 … Plans on majoring in international development studies … Chose to attend UCLA because its “been my dream school for many years, and it has a combination of high-level academics and athletics” … Hobbies and interests include singing and traveling to impoverished places and serving those in need … Her father, Steve, was a four-year starter at quarterback for Stanford from 1991-1994 and played in the NFL from 1995 to 2001 across five organizations … Her mother, Lori, was a swimmer at Stanford and on the US National Team … Her older sister, Brooke, was a member of the Stanford swim team from 2016-20 … Her brother, Blake, was a quarterback on the Colorado football team.
