Ben Baldwin serves as an Assistant Director, Equipment Operations, working with the Menโs Basketball and both Bruin Golf Programs. Baldwin joined UCLA Athletics in 2021.

Prior to UCLA, Baldwin began his career at University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) where he was the Assistant Director for Equipment Operations overseeing all Olympic sports.

Baldwin graduated from Washington State University where he earned his bachelor of arts in communication and minor in sport management. Baldwin also served as the student head menโs basketball equipment manager while attending Washington State.
