UCLA Sweeps Alberta In Men's Volleyball

LOS ANGELES--
The UCLA men's volleyball team won its third straight match by sweeping the University of Alberta at the Husky Dino Cup hosted by the University of Calgary.The Bruins won 25-22, 25-12, 25-22 on the strength of a .561 attack sparked by three-time All-American Adam Naeve, who spiked 12 kills (.588) to lead both teams.
Sophomore setter Rich Nelson spread the offense around as sophomores Matt Komer and Cameron Mount pounded nine kills apiece, followed by quick hitter Scott Morrow's seven kills and six blocks and freshman Jonathon Acosta's six kills.
The Bruins also out-blocked the Golden Bears 19-9 and served four aces to Alberta's none.
