
Bruins Tied for Third after Round One in Tennessee

The top-ranked UCLA women's golf team was tied for third place after the first round of play in the Mason Rudolph Fall Preview at the Legends Course in Franklin, TN.
The Bruins posted a team score of 296 (+8) and were tied with Alabama and Vanderbilt. USC held the first round lead with a score of 292 (+4), followed by Arizona State at 293 (+5).
Freshman Erynne Lee and junior Tiffany Lua posted the Bruins' top scores on Friday. Both players carded rounds of 73 (+1) and were tied for ninth place. Junior Lee Lopez posted a score of 74 (+2) and was tied for 16th. Sophomore Ani Gulugian was tied for 42nd place after recording a score of 76 (+4) and freshman Kyle Roig was tied for 51st following her round of 77 (+5).
Arizona State's Justine Lee was the leader in the clubhouse after posting a one-under par 71 on Friday.
