The UCLA's Women's Golf team finished the second round of the Liz Murphey Fall Preview in 11th after day two in Athens, Ga
The Bruins ended the second day of play with a score of 305 (+17), leaving them with a 36 hole total of 599 (+23). UCLA finished behind the three-way tie of #23 Tennessee, the University of Denver, and #2 Duke in eighth place, at 597 (+21) through day two. Leaders Auburn managed to stay atop the leaderboard, posting a 293 (+5) to bring their total score up to 580 (+4) on the tournament. The Tigers held off Alabama and North Carolina, who each went 289 (+1) on the day to finish in second and third, respectively, at 585 (+9) and 586 (+10).
Individually, the Bruins were lead by senior Lee Lopez, who finished at 74 (+2) on the day to move into a tie for 29th atop the individual leaderboard. Lopez was followed by sophomore Erynne Lee, whose 76 (+4) slid her into a tie for sixth overall on the tourney thus far. Junior Ani Gulugian carded a 77 (+5) and sophomore Kyle Roig scored a 78 (+6), with freshman Louise Ridderstrom rounding out the scoring at 80 (+8).
