• In the Bruins' only overtime game of the 2023-24 season, UCLA had a chance to take it from Utah with just under a minute to go in regulation. Camryn Brown got a layup off Lina Sontag's steal to give UCLA just its third lead of the game; Brown went 1-of-2 from the FT line to put the Bruins up two, but UCLA gave up a layup with 0:03 on the clock to tie it and send the game to extra time. MATCHUP HISTORY: UCLA vs. COLORADO
• The Jan. 19 matchup between then-No. 5 UCLA at No. 3 Colorado (W, 76-68) was a home-state thriller for Lauren Betts (20 PTS, 13 REB, 1 BLK) as the Bruins tied its highest-ranked win in program history (No. 8 UCLA vs. No. 3 Baylor: W, 82-68 - 11/18/17). STAC-ING UP AGAINST THE PAC
• UCLA sat at its highest ranking in program history, coming in at No. 2 on both the Associated Press and USA Today Coaches Polls, for eight-consecutive weeks, and returned to form in Week 12 of the AP poll. There are five Pac-12 programs in the top 15 of the respective polls (No. 3/3 Stanford, No. 7/7 USC, No. 9/14 Oregon State, No. 11/11 Colorado and No. 12/12 UCLA), and No. 18/19 Utah rounds out Pac-12 programs in the top 25.
• Five Bruins are among the top scorers in the Pac-12 Conference. Betts leads the way with 15.5 PPG (7th, Pac-12), followed by Osborne (15.0 PPG, 11th), Rice (12.6 PPG, 20th), Jones (12.4 PPG, 22nd), and Jaquez (10.4 PPG, 33rd). UCLA has 5 players in double-digit scoring, the most in the Pac-12. Dugalic (9.1 PTS) jumped in and out of double-digit scoring. No other Pac-12 team has more than three active student-athletes averaging 10+ PPG.
