Four UCLA Softball Games Picked Up for Television

The Big Ten Conference's television partners officially announced their baseball and softball broadcast schedules on Friday. Four of the UCLA softball team's 24 league games were picked up and will be televised by either Big Ten Network (BTN) or FS1.

The final two games of UCLA's series at Rutgers on Sunday, March 22 (2 p.m. PT) and Monday, March 23 (3 p.m. PT) will be broadcasted by BTN. The Bruins' very next game, a series opener at Nebraska on Friday, March 27, will be the only conference softball game all season televised by FS1. Lastly, UCLA's series opener at Washington on Friday, April 24 (7 p.m. PT) will be broadcasted by BTN.

BTN is holding out nine wild card selections, including five designated for the final weekend for the regular season (May 1-3), and will announce those selections at a later date. UCLA plays reigning conference regular season champion Oregon at Easton Stadium during that weekend.

The entirety of the Big Ten Softball Tournament hosted on the campus of Maryland from May 6-9 will be televised by BTN.
