Forte made two starts and appeared in five matches and 21 sets in her one season as a Bruin โฆ tallied a season-high 11 kills versus Washington (Sept. 25).
Florida (2020-21)
Forte earned All-SEC accolades twice and was named an AVCA Third Team All-American in her two seasons at Florida โฆ also selected to the AVCA All-Southeast Region twice โฆ competed in 44 matches and 144 sets over two seasons as a Gator, averaging 2.06 kills per set at a .422 hitting percentage (296 total kills) and 1.02 blocks per set (147.0 total blocks) โฆ ranked 17th in the nation and second in the SEC with a .401 hitting percentage in Fall 2021 โฆ tallied five or more blocks in six matches in Fall 2021, including a season-high 10 blocks at Arkansas on Nov. 12 โฆ ranked second in the SEC with a .458 hitting percentage in the Spring 2021 season.

Forte was named to the All-Pac-12 Team her sophomore year and garnered Pac-12 All-Freshman Team plaudits in 2018 โฆ competed in 52 matches and 187 sets over her two seasons as a Golden Bear, averaging 1.98 kills per set at a .329 hitting percentage (370 total kills) and 0.99 blocks per set (186.0 total blocks) โฆ finished fifth in the Pac-12 with a .336 hitting percentage in 2019 โฆ registered a career-high 17 kills to go along with a season-high eight blocks at UCLA on Oct. 27 โฆ led California with 108.0 blocks and averaged 1.23 blocks per set, ranking fourth in the conference, her freshman year โฆ named Pac-12 Honorable Mention All-Academic Team.

Forte helped lead Corona del Sol to the Arizona Division 6A State Championship in 2016 โฆ named All-Arizona 6A Conference Second Team in 2016 โฆ listed as PrepVolleyball.comโs No. 43 Senior Ace โฆ totaled 605 kills (1.90 kills per set) and 307 total blocks (1.0 blocks per set) in her high school career โฆ her senior year in 2016, she tallied 272 kills at a .405 hitting percentage notched 103 total blocks.

Born Lauren Elizabeth Forte in Tempe, Ariz. โฆ parents are Elizabeth and Larry Forte โฆ has one brother Cameron Forte, who played basketball at Georgia โฆ chose to attend UCLA because of its elite academics and athletics โฆ earned her bachelorโs degree of communications and media studies from the University of California, Berkeley in 2020 โฆ earned her masterโs degree of entrepreneurship from the University of Florida in 2021 โฆ now working towards her masterโs degree in education.
