
Bruins Defeat Anteaters in Four

The top-ranked UCLA men's volleyball team got back on the winning track with a four-game victory on the road against UC Irvine Wednesday night.
The Bruins won 30-22, 16-30, 30-22, 31-29 in front of 692 fans in one hour and 53 minutes. The victory raised the Bruins' record to 16-2 overall, 12-2 in MPSF play. The Anteaters fell to 6-13, 4-10.
Seniors Paul Johnson and Kris Kraushaar led the Bruins with 14 and 12 kills, respectively.
As a team UCLA served six aces to UCI's two, and out-blocked them 9.0-7.0.
On Friday, UCLA will host the annual Alumni match at 7 p.m. in Pauley Pavilion. Admission is free.
