Baseball Announces 2026 Schedule

LOS ANGELES โย The UCLA baseball program on Wednesday officially unveiled its 2026 schedule, featuring a 54-game regular season slate highlighted by 33 home contests at Jackie Robinson Stadium.

The Bruins enter their second season in the Big Ten Conference, where they will compete in 10 three-game series for a total of 30 conference matchups. The Bruins will look to capture its second Big Ten title after sharing the crown with Oregon a season ago.

The Bruins closed out the 2025 campaign by earning their sixth Men's College World Series berth in program history

"We are very excited to compete against these teams," said head coach John Savage, who will enter his 22ndย season at the helm. "It will be one of the best schedules in the country."

UCLA will kick off the campaign with its annual alumni game on Saturday, Jan. 24 at 1 p.m. PT, offering fans an early look at the 2026 squad in action at Jackie Robinson Stadium.

The regular season begins the weekend of Feb. 13-15 with a three-game home series against UC San Diego. The Bruins continue their homestand with a midweek tilt against Tulane (Feb. 17), followed by a marquee weekend series against perennial power TCU (Feb. 20-22).

UCLA will travel to Arlington, Texas for the Amegy College Baseball Series at Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers. The Bruins will face Tennessee (Feb. 27), Texas A&M (Feb. 28), and Mississippi State (Mar. 1) in a trio of high-profile contests.

The Bruins return home to host Cal State Fullerton (Mar. 3) before opening Big Ten play on the road at Ohio State (Mar. 6-8). UCLA will host Michigan (Mar. 13-15) and Maryland (Mar. 20-22) for its first two conference series in Westwood.

Midweek action includes home-and-home matchups with a foe from UC Irvine (Mar. 10 and Mar. 31), Loyola Marymount (Mar. 24 and May 5), and UC Santa Barbara (Apr. 14 and Apr. 28). The Bruins will also host Pepperdine (Mar. 17), Hawaii (Apr. 21), and Sacramento State (Apr. 24-26).

The crosstown rivalry against USC returns to Jackie Robinson Stadium from Apr. 3-5, marking the first Big Ten series between the two programs in Westwood.

UCLA's road conference schedule includes trips to Iowa (Mar. 27-29), Rutgers (Apr. 10-12), Michigan State (May 1-3), and Washington (May 14-16). The Bruins will host Minnesota (Apr. 17-19) and Oregon (May 8-10) to round out their Big Ten home slate.

The Big Ten Conference Tournament is scheduled to begin on May 20 at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha, Neb., with the winner earning an automatic berth into the 2026 NCAA Tournament.

Postseason play begins with NCAA Regionals from May 30-June 2, followed by Super Regionals from June 6-8. The College World Series will be held June 13-23 at Charles Schwab Field Omaha.
