Veterans Kris Kraushaar, Chris Pena and Paul Johnson led the No.2 ranked UCLA men's volleyball team to a 3-1 victory at the University of Pacific Sunday afternoon.

The Bruins won 27-30, 30-11, 30-19, 30-27 in 106 minutes. the victory raised UCLA's record to 5-1 overall, 1-1 in MPSF play. UOP fell to 1-5 overall, 0-2 in league play.

Kraushaar, a junior, led the Bruins with 18 kills (.654), four aces and four total blocks. Pena added 16 kills (.464) and Johnson 13 (.632) as the Bruins hit .388 to the Tigers' .190. UCLA also outserved UOP 11 aces to 3 and won the war at the net, 9-6 in blocking,

UCLA will travel to UC Irvine on Fri., Jan. 23 for a 7 p.m. MPSF match.
