The UCLA men's golf team finished 54 holes of stroke play in a tie for 23rd place at the 112th NCAA Men's Golf Championship at Inverness Club in Toledo, OH.

In the third round, the defending NCAA champions posted a team score of 299 (+15) that pushed their three-round total to 900 (+48). Texas A&M and Georgia were tied for seventh place at 869 (+17) and, thus, were the final two teams to earn match play invitations.

Fourth-ranked Oklahoma State captured first place at 849 (-3) and earned the top seed in the eight-team bracket. Arizona State finished in second place at 862 (+10), followed by Arkansas, Washington and USC in a tie for third at 865 (+13). Michigan was sixth at 868 (+16).

Individually, freshman Gregor Main led the Bruins with a final round score of 71 (E) and tied for 54th at 221 (+8). Senior Erik Flores tied for 60th at 222 (+9) following a final round score of 73 (+2). Sophomore Philip Francis tied for 79th at 224 (+11) after carding a score of 77 (+6) on Thursday. Freshman Alex Shi Yup Kim tied for 148th at 235 (+22) and Connor Driscoll tied for 153rd at 237 (+24). Both players posted scores of 78 (+7) in the last round.

North Carolina State's Matt Hill won medalist honors with a six-under par score of 207 after firing a final round score of 69 (-2).
