The No. 2 ranked UCLA men's golf team was in fourth place after two rounds at the 52nd Pac-10 Men's Golf Championship, hosted at the Stanford Golf Course in Palo Alto, CA.

The Bruins posted team scores of 354-359 for a 36-hole total of 713 (+13). They trailed frontrunner USC by four shots. Oregon was second at 710 (+10), followed by Stanford at 712 (+12). Cal was fifth at 721 (+21).

Individually for the Bruins, junior Alex Shi Yup Kim and freshman Patrick Cantlay were tied for fourth place at 139 (-1). Kim posted rounds of 68-71 and Cantlay carded scores of 72-67. Junior Gregor Main was tied for 16th at 143 (+3) after signing for rounds of 68-75 and sophomore Pontus Widegren was tied for 21st at 144 (+4) following scores of 73-71. Tied for 48th place at 11-over par 151 were sophomore Pedro Figueiredo and Connor Driscoll.

Tied for first place at four-under par 136 were USC's Martin Trainer and Oregon State's Alex Moore.

The Pac-10 Men's Golf Championship is a 72-hole event with six-count-five scoring.

Third round action begins Saturday with the final round scheduled for Sunday.
