Corvallis, Ore. - Both No. 3 UCLA and No. 20 Oregon State posted season-high team scores, with the Bruins coming out on top, 197.900-197.450, in Corvallis on Saturday morning in front of 6,505 fans. Kyla Ross won the all-around with a 39.650 and recorded her second perfect 10 of the season on uneven bars.

The Bruins' morning started out with a bang, with the team recording a 49.650 on uneven bars in the first rotation. Margzetta Frazier led off with a 9.875, and Anna Glenn added a 9.850 in the third spot. The back half of the lineup went lights-out, with freshman Norah Flatley scoring 9.950, Madison Kocian recording a 9.975, and Ross earning her seventh career 10.0.

UCLA hit its season-high on vault in rotation two, scoring 49.300. Felicia Hano led the way with a career-high 9.950 on a Yurchenko 1.5, tying for first place. Nia Dennis hit a 9.925 with a huge Yurchenko layout full vault, and Ross earned a 9.850.

Armed with a 98.950-98.500 lead at the halfway mark, the Bruins held firm with a 49.375 on floor exercise to Oregon State's 49.350 on balance beam. UCLA had three scores of 9.9 or higher, led by Dennis' 9.925. Hano and Ross added 9.9s.

UCLA recorded three more 9.9+ scores in the final rotation, posting a team balance beam score of 49.575 to secure the victory. Brielle Nguyen's lead-off score of 9.875 set the tone, and Kocian followed with a 9.825, and Flatley earned a 9.875. Dennis set a new career-high with 9.975, Ross added a 9.900, and Katelyn Ohashi closed the Bruins' competition with a 9.950. Oregon State finished with a 49.600 on floor, but it wasn't enough to catch the Bruins.

The Bruins (7-0) will next compete at Washington on Sunday, Feb. 10 at 3pm in a meet that will be televised live on ESPN2.
