2008
Played in 29 games, starting 26 at catcher...totaled a .278 batting average (22-for-79), logging 11 RBI, 12 runs, five walks and seven hit-by-pitches...compiled a .362 on-base percentage...threw out nine of 27 attempted base stealers (33.3 pct)...helped lead UCLA's defense to the highest caught stealing rate among all Pac-10 teams (44.9 pct, 31-of-69) in 2008; Bruin pitchers and catchers tied for the second-most runners caught stealing (31, with Washington State)...helped the pitching staff post its second-lowest ERA (4.45) in 16 seasons at UCLA...Bruin pitchers also posted the lowest team ERA among Pac-10 teams in conference action (4.29)...went 2-for-5 with two RBI and one run in the series opener at California last weekend (May 23)...was 3-for-4 with two runs, one RBI and one stolen base in a 6-2 win against San Diego State (April 1)...was 2-for-2 with one run in the second game of a doubleheader at Long Beach State (March 22)...registered his first multi-hit and multi-RBI game against Southern (Feb. 29), going 2-for-3 with his only career home run, two runs and a career-high three RBI; also netted one walk and one hit-by-pitch.

Played in six games, starting twice at catcher...registered a .250 batting average and a .333 on-base percentage...recorded his first hit at Mississippi (March 9) in his first appearance as a Bruin; finished 1-for-2 at the plate...earned his first start as a Bruin at San Diego State (March 16)...started the second game of a doubleheader against Cal State Northridge (April 21); recorded a season-best nine putouts and his first fielding assist at UCLA...hit 1-for-2 against Oregon State (May 26).

Played in eight games for the Luray Wranglers of the Valley Baseball League (located in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley).

2006 (at L.A. Harbor JC)
Was a two-year team captain and letterwinner under head coach Marco Alvillar at L.A. Harbor College...earned All-South Coast Conference first-team honors at catcher after posting a .276 batting average, three home runs and 28 RBI...earned a scholarship at L.A. Harbor City College as the recipient of the "President's Student Leader Award"...was also named the team's defensive player of the year and most valuable player...earmed preseason All-America honors.
