Daniel made 35 appearances, including 30 starts (29 at catcher, one at DP), in her freshman year at UCLA โฆ recorded a .164 batting average (10-for-61), .246 on-base percentage, six runs batted in and seven runs scored โฆ logged two home runs and two doubles โฆ recorded her first career hit with a single against No. 14 Alabama (Feb. 15) โฆ hit her first career home run versus Baylor at the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic to give the Bruins the lead in the fifth inning (Feb. 22) โฆ homered against Loyola Marymount (March 9) โฆ logged a pinch-hit double to lead off the fourth inning at Maryland (March 28) โฆ threw out six of 16 runners attempting to steal โฆ recorded a 1.000 fielding percentage (218 TC).
